Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited is coming out with a public Issue of NCDs.

These are Secured Non Convertible Debentures.

Issue size is Rs 500 Crs with an option to retain oversubscription upto Rs 500 Crs.

Rs 200 Crs is reserved for retail Investors (applying upto 5 lacs).

Issue is Opening on 27th June 2011 and Issue Closing on 9th July2011.                                                                                     The company has the option of closing on an earlier date if the Target amount is achieved.
