As an investor you have to pay your Investment advisor to get valuable advise.

The most important thing is selecting the Distribution Channel

Its like paying your Doctor.

Wealth Creation

Wealth Creation, what does it mean?

Accumulating money for a future goal. (saving)

It should beat inflation.

There are many ways.

(Bank FD, RD, Company Deposits, Post Office Saving schemes, Insurance Plans, Mutual Funds, Gold and Land) - the order has no significance.

Every one has his own priority.

But all should have exposure to Mutual Fund. One of the best ways to invest in Mutual Fund is SIP. (Systematic Investment Plan).

Small investments made regularly can become Big sums over a period.

An investment of Rs 1000 per month over a period of 33 years (that is from age 25 to 58) shall grow to over Rs 87 lakhs at 15% rate.

START A SIP TODAY

The smart way to invest in stock markets.

  • No need to time the market.
  • Get better rupee cost averaging.
  • Low risk and Better returns.
  • Instills discipline in Investing.
  • More choice and facility to switch to performing fund.

Start SIP Today

It is time (for that matter any time is good) to start SIP in Mutual Fund.

Now there is no entry load. you gain that extra 2.25% (approx).

Select your AMC ( Asset Management Company = Mutual Fund company), then select your fund.

(you may avail the services of a financial adviser and never hesitate to pay him a fee)

Longer the term the better.

Remember, you can stop at any point of time, by just giving a letter.

Important, NEVER STOP because the market is at its downward trend.
(you MUST buy at lower levels)

It is one of the best ways to build a corpus.

No ENTRY Load – MF investments

Do you know ? ? ?

There is “no entry load”  on Mutual Fund investments from   1st August 2009.

when you invest in Mutual Funds thro’ Financial Advisor, so far, there is an entry load of 2.25% ( even for SIP investments). This is up to 31st July.

SEBI, the regulator ruled that there should not be any entry load on investments from 1st August 2009. There will be an exit load of 1% on redemption.

what the investor should do now ?

wait till the deadline and then invest(after 31st July)?

what the Advisor should do now ?

advise the client not to invest in July’09 ?

what the AMCs should do now ?

close the doors and stop accepting the purchases?

what is actually happening ? ? ? ? ? ?

what is right ?

is there any answer ? ? ?

SIP >> Systematic Investment Plan

Did you benefit from the record rise on ‘Golden Monday’ post election results?

Popular belief is that most of the investors could not benefit from this rally as more often than not,

investments are guided by feeling of greed and fear.

Remember, an investor’s worst enemy is not stock market, but his own emotions.

Only those investors

who remained invested throughout the turbulent period

or

invested when market sentiment was at its ebb

or

continued with their Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) have eventually benefited.

I would like to reiterate,

"It is not timing the market, it’s time in the market that is important".

Wealth isn’t something to admire. It is something you create.

Think of each SIP payment as laying a brick. One by one, you can lay the foundation for secured financial future.

Reliance Infrastructure Fund

The big question is

Is it RIGHT TIME to invest in infrastructure NOW ?

Yes. one may invest in this Reliance Infrastructure NOW.

Reasons:

  1. It is NFO (New Fund Offer). units are allotted at Rs 10 with applicable load.
  2. It is Infrastructure. when India Grows Infrastructure Grows and vice versa.
  3. Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Corporate, FIIs and HNI Investors are waiting in the sidelines to invest in Indian Market so there seem to be no correction in sight.
  4. Political stability. Immediate priority of the new Government being revival of economic growth.
  5. Lower cost of Debt envisages Liquidity.
  6. Valuations of Infra companies reasonable even at this level.
  7. I personally feel every NFO is opportunity to save and a step to build a corpus on long term goal.
  8. Invest now and hold it at least for 3 years.
