The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is an autonomous authority of Government of India under the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.
NHAI is launching their public issue of TAX FREE BONDS – Tranche I.
The Public issue of TAX-FREE SECURED REDEEMABLE NON-CONVERTIBLE BONDS opens on 28th Dec, 2011.
The Interest on these bonds are FULLY EXEMPT from Income Tax. This means the income will not form part of Taxable Income.
