  1. Relax. Think of a place or a time that you particularly enjoy.

  2. Counting from 50 backwards decreases the intensity of unwanted emotion.

  3. Laugh often and watch movies that tickle your funny bone.

  4. Dont jump to conclusions. Listen to others.
  5. Above all Have a Healthy Diet
